It has been decided! The new doctor for the long running BBC show Doctor Who will Matt Smith. He is a lesser known actor, but it was decided by, "You are either the Doctor, or you aren't," statement. I hope that he will be a good doctor, but don't forget, there is still one more year of David Tennant, for all of you fan girls out there!
